These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Corsica Corporation’s/London Trading Index Limited's Social Trading Fund and/or any or all services provided (“Service”, "Services", "London Trading Index" or “Corsica”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Corsica Corporation Limited serves as an Introducer to London Trading Index, facilitating connections between clients and the brokerage. Corsica Corporation Limited does not engage in, handle, or have access to client funds. All client funds and transactions are exclusively handled by London Trading Index.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Account Registration
In order to use the Service, you must create an account and submit basic KYC (Know-Your-Customer) requirements on our Broker partner's (London Trading Index Limited) website. When creating an account, and submitting KYC, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees and Payments
We may charge fees for the use of the Service, including but not limited to transaction fees and account management fees. All fees are non-refundable and subject to change at any time. We will provide notice of any fee changes via electronic communication (including e-mail) or through other means such as post or fax.
Investment Risks
Investing in any asset involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your investment. The value of your investment may fluctuate, and you should be prepared to hold your investment for the long term.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites, and you access such websites at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to its software, content, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not use the Service in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Corsica or any other third party directly or indirectly linked to Corsica.

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on the Service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Corsica be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, financial, or punitive damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, even if Corsica has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting on the page www.corsicacorp.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend you regularly refer to the Page to stay in the know.
Termination
We/You may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with notice of 30 days. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in England & Wales, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in such jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Corsica regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Corsica to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
